FIELD: feed production. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding wastes; preparing basic mixture from organic wastes and peat; charging mixture into reactor; providing lengthwise and cross blowing of oxygen-containing gas through mixture; providing two-staged biological conversion process at increased temperature, with following cooling of mixture to ambient temperature; adding amylorisine production cake into basic mixture. Organic wastes contain litter material, such as straw, saw dust etc, in an amount of 30% wt. Components are ground to grain sizes of 0.1-20 mm. Biologically active substances are amylorisine production cake, that is, solid wastes of surface cultivation of Aspergillus oryzae on nutrient medium including wheat siftings, malt germs and saw dust. Method allows additive with increased nutritive properties to be produced by enriching basic mixture with biologically active substances.
