FIELD: agricultural waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparing initial mix from organic wastes and peat, charging initial mix into reactor, and carrying out four-step bioconversion process involving blowing through the mix with oxygen-containing gas in longitudinal and transverse directions in the first and third steps. The first and third process steps proceed for 24 to 72 h and the second and fourth ones for 6 to 48 h. The first step is conducted under aerobic conditions at 35-40 C involving periodical aeration, and the second one is anaerobic and conducted at 47-53 C. The third step, aerobic, involves gradual cooling of substrate to 55-80 C, and the fourth one, anaerobic, is conducted at 15-28 C. According to invention, initial manure-peat mix is enriched with ascorbic acid salts and megatherin. EFFECT: improved characteristics of feed additive and fertilizer. 2 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
