FIELD: feed production. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily grinding mixture of organic wastes based on peat and manure, which are used in the ratio of 1: 1; introducing baking industry wastes, such as dry bread, into mixture in an amount of 5-10% by weight of mixture; carrying out biological conversion process, with following exposing of end product to supersonics of 50-60 W/sq.cm intensity for 3-5 min; blowing with oxygen-containing gas for 20-40 min each 24 hours. Basic mixture is ground and mixed in auger-type mill to provide for improved homogenization of basic mixture. Biological conversion time is 48-60 hours. Method allows feed additive to be produced at reduced costs due to decreased production time.
