FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating cost, safety, informativity representing the combination of nature, completeness, accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of received information. Quantitative estimation of the cited criteria and prognosis of diagnostic value of instrumental examination methods like rheoencephalography, ultrasonic duplex blood vessel scanning, nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray computer diagnosis are carried out. Score sum being less than 8, instrumental examination methods application is predicted as inefficient. The value being greater than 10, efficient application of the methods is predicted. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of diagnosis; low costs. 2 tbl
