FIELD: veterinary science, virology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing prophylactic preparations against Newcastle disease in poultry. Granulated vaccine has lactose, chicken embryos allantois liquid containing vaccine strain "La-Sota" of Newcastle disease virus of poultry, peptone and starch. Vaccine retains activity without any change for 6 months at 4 C and for 2 weeks at 25 C. Expressing immunity in vaccinated poultry is 100% after a single vaccination. EFFECT: increased thermostability and immunogenicity of granulated lactose-containing vaccine against Newcastle disease in poultry for oral use. 2 tbl
