FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: method involves formation of granules from lactose powder in fluidized layer. Biomaterial containing vaccine strain of Newcastle disease virus is applied on granules by spraying. High rate of drying in sparing regime ensures to preserve the main immunobiological properties of Newcastle disease virus. Invention can be used in production of biological preparations for poultry immunization against Newcastle disease.
