FIELD: veterinary science, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of vaccines used for an intramuscular immunization of agriculture animals against Aujeszky's disease. Vaccine is prepared by using the strain MK-25. The strain is grown in transplanted cultures of piglet or Asiatic ibex kidney cells. Obtained suspension of virus is mixed with stabilizing medium. Stabilizing medium has peptone and lactose. Vaccine is poured into ampoules and lyophilized. Activity of obtained vaccine is 106,75-107,25 TCD50/ml. After a single immunization vaccine induces the expressing immunity in 100% of agriculture animals. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of immunization. 1 tbl, 2 ex
