FIELD: rocketry; systems of separation of rocket stages and payload. SUBSTANCE: device includes coupling fittings of separable parts of rocket located over joint plane, pyro elements and units for bringing separable parts apart. At least one shelf of each pair of fittings is weakened to ensure its mechanical break in case of jamming of joint due to turn of separable parts relative to defective pyro element (pyro bolt). Fittings may be made with increased arm of jamming of joint. Device may be also provided with additional member, for example weakened washer fitted on pyro bolt.
