FIELD: mechanical engineering; transportation and storage of loose materials, such as coal or fuel briquettes. SUBSTANCE: container has housing with bottom, cover, door and side walls. Bottom is made in form of -shaped member consisting of rigidly connected horizontal and vertical plates. Chute with hinge-mounted nut is made on side wall. Tie-rod is turned into nut. Upper trough provided with cover is used for loading materials into container. To provide metered unloading of container, door found on one of side walls is opened. When amount of fuel in container is reduced so that further unloading becomes difficult, bottom and side wall are tilted towards container door side by turning the tie-rod found in chute of side wall. Maximum angle of bottom tilting exceeds angle of rest of fuel in container, and coal or fuel briquettes will be moved close to door along inclined surfaces of bottom and side wall. EFFECT: enhanced convenience at metered out discharge of fuel from container. 6 dwg
