FIELD: equipment for filling hoppers with fuel, averaging thereof for feeding into, for example, boiler room fire box.
SUBSTANCE: hopper has top part made in the form of four reservoirs, and funnels. Reservoirs are made rectangular and placed with their lower parts in one of funnels and furnished with adjustable gates disposed in their lower parts. Axes of rotation of gates are placed on lateral sides of reservoirs so as to define passageway gaps. Funnel has asymmetric outlet arranged at an angle of 20-60 deg to horizontal plane. Tube is positioned on outer side of funnel for rotation and provided with inner rigidly fixed spiral flanges and outer toothed rim engageable with drive. Lower part of tube is joined with other funnel, which is immovably positioned above feeding conveyor.
EFFECT: simplified construction and mechanized averaging of coal.
