FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves desorbing oxygen dissolved in water to be treated in vacuum deaerator; discharging vapors produced in the process of dearation from deaerator by means of ejector to which ejecting medium is supplied; regulating flow rate and pressure of ejecting medium by one of deaeration process parameters, including predetermined residual oxygen content in dearated water. Method is used in electric power stations and boiler units. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of vacuum desorption of oxygen from water and reduced operating costs. 1 dwg
