FIELD: water treatment. SUBSTANCE: thermal water deaeration on heat and power stations and boiler plants includes desorption of water-dissolved oxygen by bringing water in deaerator into contact with heating agent simultaneously fed into deaerator. Deaerated water and deaeration vented steam are withdrawn from deaerator. Heating agent supply is controlled taking account of specified residual content of oxygen dissolved in deaerated waste water. EFFECT: increased economical efficiency of process due to optimized process conditions. 1 dwg
