SUBSTANCE: building block has two longitudinal side walls joined together through partitions to form hollows receiving structural and/or heat-insulating insert and locking ledges. The latter is made in the form of rectangular-section element of partition projecting above side walls its size being equal to distance between internal edges of longitudinal side walls; partition and butt-end of side wall are spaced apart through one fourth of partition length minus its thickness; depression is made in projecting element of partition, its volume being equal to that of locking ledge.
