MULTILAYER WALL STRUCTURE (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2153563 C1

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of building articles and structures with high heat engineering characteristics and it is used in manufacture of multilayer wall structures, particularly, wall panels, building blocks, multilayer cast-in-situ walls, etc. Multilayer wall structure, according to the first version, consists of two concrete structural layers and concrete heat-insulating layer confined between them. In this case, located between layers are concrete intermediate layers consisting of mixture of concretes of structural and heat-insulating layers with total content of heat-insulating concrete amounting to 20-80% and with resilience modulus equalling 0.5-1.5 of mean resilience modulus of adjacent layers. Thickness of intermediate layer is 5-20% of heat-insulating layer thickness. Multilayer wall structure, according to the second version, consists of two structural layers of concrete and heat-insulating layer confined between them and joined so that formed on boundary of their contact with developed multiprofiled surface is intermediate layer of concrete with resilience modulus equalling averaged value of resilience moduli of heat-insulating and structural concrete contacting layers. Multilayer structure may be made of structural and heat-insulating layers or intermediate layers (they may be two, i.e. by one, or more quantity) whose joint is in the form of corrugated surface with corrugation height of up to 10-60 C of specified thickness of heat-insulating layer. Wall structure operates as a single member. EFFECT: higher service and strength properties. 3 cl, 3 dwg
