FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has movable platform 2 and mast 16, windwheel with blades 14 and generator 13 positioned on it. Container 1 made in the form of a chamber formed by side and end walls 3 and 4 respectively and by upper rotary flaps 5 is mounted on movable platform 2. The container has adjustable collapsible supports 11 and outer handling units. Mast 16 with the windwheel and generator 13 is mounted on platform 2 at end wall 4 of container 1 for rotation from transporting horizontal position into the working vertical position and has lift cylinder 10. Blades 14 of the wind wheel are made for collapse along mast 16 and fixation. Removable sections with side hatches 26 and a power accumulator and control instrumentation positioned inside are mounted along side walls 3. EFFECT: improved structure. 4 dwg
