FIELD: heating water for heating systems and household water systems. SUBSTANCE: device includes gas burner, first heat exchanger mounted in way of water pipe line of heating system running through circulating pump and three-line distributor which forms inner shorted loop during flow of household water. This loop includes circulating pump and first heat exchanger activating the second heat exchanger for household water and valve gear connected before gas burner in gas supply pipe line which is acted on by electromagnetic actuating member operating due to heat request of heating system and hydraulic actuating member activated by flow of household water. Simplified construction of device is attained due to availability of main gas valve 20 and second gas valve 51 in bypass line of valve gear; hydraulic actuating member 41 acts mechanically on main gas valve 20 and electromagnetic actuating member 52 acts on second gas valve 51.
