FIELD: ecology and meteorology, in particular: radiosonde devices designed for determination of the content and distribution of ozone in the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere. SUBSTANCE: the device has an electrochemical cell with electrolyte and electrodes, electric motor, whose shaft carrier blades and a rotating body partially immersed in electrolyte. The electrodes are connected to a DC voltage source and current meter, that is connected to the meteorological sounder. The rotating body is made with a developed surface, for example, in the form of a set of disks located at a distance from one another on a rod passing through their centers and positioned horizontally. Besides, one of the electrodes-cathode is made of a layer of silver also with a developed surface. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurements due to enhanced sensitivity. 4 cl, 1 dwg
