SUBSTANCE: method includes separation of one finger artery of hand and rear veins from foot, and after osteosynthesis of proximal phalanx of foot finger with proximal phalanx of hand finger, at the second stage, tendon of finger flexion is sutured and finger nerves are sutured after cutting off of plantar cutaneous flap to improve supply of finger.
