FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has fixed guide suspended on movable frame upright by means of cantilever and two hooks turned in opposite directions. Movable guide is axially longitudinally movably mounted inside of the fixed guide allowing reciprocating motion through the fixed guide to be performed by means of screw mechanism. Screw mechanism nut is positioned inside the central part of the movable guide, the screw projecting outside of the guide with one of its ends. Handle for rotating the screw is mounted on the screw end face. Both ends of the movable guide are supported by arc-shaped frames fixed in their turn with the ends on end parts of the carcass are in perpendicular relation to its plane. The parts are two angular plates joined with their external sides. The external plates having the arc-shaped members attached to them are fixed. The internal plates are engageable with longitudinal carcass rods and patient bed rods as hammock. Rotation units are used for turning over the carcass with the hammock by 180 deg. Longitudinal rods are removable in the course of turning the patient body by means of check members mounted on the internal angular plates.
