SUBSTANCE: electrode holder includes clamping member 5 in the form of copper insert embedded into lever 2, supporting member 6 in the form of copper-alloy disc with seat for electrode 8. Supporting member is mounted with possibility of rotation on lever 3. Current lead is electrically connected directly with clamping member 5. EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities due to securing electrode in any desired spatial position, elimination of excess heating of electrode holder due to supplying electric current directly to zone of securing electrode. 2 dwg
