FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electrode arm contains body, current lead (1) with isolated handle (4), clamp (5) spring-loaded by conical spring (6) located at current lead side (1) on adjusting screw (7) and isolated lever (2) protruding from handle. Adjusting screw (7) is installed with guaranteed technologic clearance in the current lead (1) hole and on thread in threaded hole of clamp with possibility to adjust force of electrode clamping. Lever (2) is made double-armed with smaller arm in the form of fork (8). Clamp (5) is made in the form of current-conducting plate on the end of which on one and on the other side there are bicurved cambers. On current lead (1) the recess mating mentioned camber and slot for lever fork accommodation are made. Protective screen is fixed on isolating protective cover. Electrode ejector (12) is made in the form of angle bar and is installed with possibility of rocking and interacting with electrode and conical spring (6). End of adjusting screw (7) at the side of conical spring (6) positioning is installed in the hole of puncher (12) shelf and lever end in the form of fork is located in slot of current lead on adjusting screw.
EFFECT: provides tight electric contact and increased productivity of welding works.
