FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, particularly, blast-furnace process. SUBSTANCE: method includes charging of manganese raw material, coke, flux and putting on the blast. Flux is used in the form of manganized lime which is produced by mixing and subsequent roasting of lime, blast-furnace dust, ventilation dust of ferromanganese smelting and fine wastes resulting from preparation of manganese ore for smelting.
