FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: engine has housing with bottoms, solid propellant charge provided with central channel with inclined ring slot. Charge is divided into two parts by means of cup partially inhibiting the charge over outer ring surface and made in form of two parts connected with housing along one of diameters by means of locks. Parts of cup and bent off in place of projection of slot top onto housing in direction of slot and they adjoin each other. Each of two parts of cup in zone adjoining inner diameter is divided into two л-shaped tips whose two neighbor legs adjoin each other and get into top of slot, and two others are bent off the top of slot into change. Burning surface of ring slot is formed by surfaces of two truncated cones made at different angles relative to engine axis. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency of engine owing to reduction of stress-deformed state of charge at preservation on initial burning surface. 3 dwg
