FIELD: nosologic diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: activity of tyrosinehydroxylase forms (TH1 and TH4) are determined and TH4/TH1 ratio is calculated. If this ratio varies from 0 to 0.3, one diagnoses functional optimum state; if higher than 0.3 and lower than or equal to 1.0, state of satisfactory adaptation; if higher than 1.0 and lower than or equal to 1.5, state of adaptation mechanisms' tension; if higher than 1.5 and lower than or equal to 2.5, state of adaptation mechanisms' hypertension on the verge of failure.
