FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparing composition prepared of dry berries nutshells of which contain fat-soluble vitamins and berries which contain water-soluble vitamins. Compositions were dried at 50-55 C up to the residual moisture 3-7%, milled up to the powder-like state and mixed. The source of berries containing fat-soluble vitamins are: rose, sea buckthorn, viburnum or haw-thorn; berries containing water-soluble vitamins are: rowan melanocarpous or mountain ash fruits, or June-berry fruits, or honeysuckle fruits taken at the following ratio of components, wt. -%: rose, sea buckthorn, or viburnum, or haw-thorn berries 80-95; rowan melanocarpous fruits, or mountain ash fruits, or June-berry fruits, or honeysuckle fruits - the rest.
