FIELD: electrical engineering, laying of cables and wires of various assignment in cable-lying units in production, administrative or apartment buildings. SUBSTANCE: cable-laying unit has at least one cable-laying tube made of thermoplastic material with cable conduit. Cable-laying tube is manufactured in the form of individual parallel crossing fibers with orientation of angles of crossing along cable- laying tube with formation of holes in its surface. Holes are rhomb-shaped and are arranged in staggered order. Process of laying of cable or wire in cable-laying unit includes application of load and subsequent placement of cable or wire in conduit of cable-laying tube. Cable-laying tube comes in the form of body with through holes in its surface and cable or wire is positioned by way of its interwining into surface of cable-laying tube. This interwining is carried out by alternation of cable or wire insertion into conduit and bringing it out of conduit of cable-laying tube. Through holes made in surface of cable-laying tube are used for insertion and bringing cable or wire through them.
