FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: analog-to-digital converter functioning in certain working dynamic range converts analog signal with definite input level to digital form. Quantized analog signal is processed in level detector to determine input level of analog signal. This input level is compared with reference signal with formation of signal of result of comparison which is used to control working range of converter.
