FIELD: radio communication. SUBSTANCE: method to determine fitness of signals received in communication system including collection of communication centers, limited number of communication facilities provided with information with the aid of collection of central stations consists in transmission of stream of information symbols by transmitter of either first communication center or of first central station, each of them presenting information symbol of row of discrete values specified in advance, in reception of stream of changed information symbols by one receiver as minimum of either second communication center or of second central station, each of them corresponding to one of information symbols of stream of symbols multiplied by fading signal and added to noise signal. Fading signal is found in changed stream, information symbols are found in stream of symbols in changed stream. Legitimate and parasitic components of changed stream are determined and parameters of fitness of changed information signals are provided with their due account. Device determining fitness of received signals includes signal receiver, detector of fading signal, symbol identifier, identifier of legitimate component, identifier of parasitic component and identifier of fitness of signals.
