Additional medicinal mixture of the following composition: lidocaine 1% solution, 27.5 ml; vitamin B1 6% solution, 1.0 ml; pentamine 5% solution, 0.5 ml; prosorin 0.05%. 1.0 ml; epinephrine in dilution 1:200 000 taken in volume 30.0 ml is conducted every day to nerves innervating upper limb at the level of 7-th cervical vertebra. Method ensures to decrease the excess afferent and efferent impulses at the level of nervous conductors and at the level of sympathetic ganglions, exhibit positive effect on peripheral tissue circulation, discharge venous congestion and increase viability of boundary inflammation regions due to activation of tissue factors and localize necrotic focus more exactly.
