FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: for the purpose to treat hypo- and hypertonic functional dysphonia one should conduct both roentgenographic testing and manual therapy. At detecting atlantal-occipital blocking due to manual testing one should use manual therapy, mobilization of jugular department of vertebral column along with cup-type massage of jugular area in complex. The method enables to remove stimulation of sympathetic structures in jugular area, normalize autonomic innervation and tonicity of laryngeal muscles due to elimination of functional blocks. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
