Life capacity of nuclear cells and their number are determined. Spontaneous adhesion index (SAI) is calculated from formula: SAI=Kk- Knadh /Kk*100%, where Kk is the neutrophiles number before incubation and Knadh is the neutrophiles number after incubation. Spontaneous adhesion indices being equal to 53.75% ± 3.48, neurodermitis prevalence is considered to be the case.
