FIELD: sports equipment. SUBSTANCE: expander has loading spring with handles on its ends. Each handle has wire cylinder which defines with loading spring threaded connection. Handle has rigid cylinder and wire cylinder rigidly fitted on one end of rigid cylinder and made from wire coils wound closely one to the other. Expander of such construction allows force applied to it by users of different capabilities to be regulated.
