DISINTEGRATOR FOR FISH-PROCESSING VESSEL Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: disintegration of aerobes and associates of heavy and light water; recovery of fishery wastes and sewage of ships accompanied by generation of methane, deuterium, oxygen, protein-and-vitamin additives, biofertilizers. SUBSTANCE: proposed disintegrator has housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, rotor mounted along axis of housing and provided with blind holes in its surface which are engaged with holes of housing through circular passage; holes of housing are made in perforated ring forming cavity between this ring and housing; this cavity is communicated with static disintegrator whose water and steam sections are separated by non-rigid perforated partition provided with drive for shaking it in way of steam section connected with rarefaction chamber of jet pump communicated with outlet branch pipe of dynamic disintegrator whose inlet branch pipe is communicated with biofilter. Sections of biofilter are connected with air supercharger. Biofilter is connected with bioreactor which has the following chambers: acid fermentation, neutral fermentation, alkaline fermentation and methane fermentation chambers; each of these chambers is communicated with disperser. Water section of static is connected with centrifugal microfilter. Water receivers receiving water from housing of centrifugal microfilter and tape-type press-filter through clusters of dynamic and static disintegrators are communicated with intake chamber isolated from acid and alkaline solution sections of electrolysis plant by semi-permeable partition.
