FIELD: disintegration of deuterium and protium water molecules; treatment of sewage accompanied by forming biofertilizers, protein-and-vitamin additives for livestock fodder, biogas and duterium for thermonuclear reactors. SUBSTANCE: proposed disintegrator has cylindrical housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, cylindrical rotor mounted along axis of housing and provided with blind holes interacting with holes of housing through liquid ring; holes of housing are made in perforated rings mounted concentrically. Cavity between last perforated ring and housing is communicated with deuterium and protium water molecule associate receiver which is connected with next stages of disintegrator. Last-stage receiver of disintegrator is connected with intake chamber of electrolysis plant having cathode and anode sections which are communicated with oxygen and deuterium receivers, respectively. Inlet branch pipe of first stage of disintegrator is communicated with centrifugal microfilter and biofilter. Intake section of biofilter is connected with methane, alkaline, neutral and acid fermentation chambers of bioreactor. Methane fermentation chamber is connected with gas receiver and with gas turbine of DC generator drive through this receiver. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency at utilization of effluents. 2 dwg
