FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: fluidized-bed reactor consists of conical part wide at the top and narrowing down, and upper cylindrical part. Extremely fine particles of iron ore ejected together with reducing gas are repeatedly loaded into system through recirculating channel connected with upper zone of cylindrical part through trapping device for separation of ultrafine particles of ore from reducing gas and trapped particles of iron ore are loaded again to system through loading channel. Upper unloading hole for unloading of iron ore fine particles, loading hole for loading of ground iron ore with particle size wide range and lower unloading hole for unloading of coarse particles of iron ore are connected with conical part of system. Pipe for loading of superfine particles of iron ore into system is connected to opposite side of conical part.
