FIELD: units for proportioned introducing of finely- dispersed materials in reaction vessels. SUBSTANCE: proposed unit includes sluice box with fluidized layer receiving the material feeder at the top. In lower portion there is gas line for delivery of liquefying gas which is provided with bypass pipe for transfer of finely-dispersed product. Provision is made for many sluice boxes with fluidized layers for proportioned deliver of finely- dispersed material to reaction vessel; these sluice boxes are located beyond reaction vessel and their bypass pipes run inside reaction vessel. Proposed unit is used in plant for preparation of metal melts, cast iron in particular from charge formed by ore, iron ore in particular and additives and containing at least part of fine fractions. Introduction of material is effected through activation of sluice boxes with fluidized layers on basis of measured magnitudes of process running in reaction vessel; with the aid of these magnitudes, point or zone of loading the finely-dispersed material in reaction vessel is determined; then, finely- dispersed material is distributed as required by connection and disconnection of sluice boxes with fluidized layers, thus introducing the material as required to various zones of reaction vessel for better passage of reducing gas at simultaneous minimization of investment and operational expenses.
