FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: three-stage gear for reduction of fine-grain iron ore in fluidized layer includes crossed circulation tubes, first and second furnaces of fluidized layer for drying and preliminary heating of damp iron ore, cyclone separators meant to collect small particles from off-gases near mentioned furnaces and for their re-circulation. Gear also has third double furnace of fluidized layer made of two reaction furnaces where ore is separated into large- and small-sized fractions and where final reduction of these fractions in separate reactors takes place. After second reaction furnace there is placed third cyclone separator for separation of fine-grain ore from off-gas of second reactor and its re-circulation into first reaction furnace of third double furnace. EFFECT: improved degree of usage of gas and reduction of ore, reduced rates of gas consumption. 2 cl, 4 dwg, 4 tbl
