SUBSTANCE: insert of plain bearing of augmented internal combustion engine includes steel base with antifriction layer of lead bronze applied on its internal surface. Thin layer of aluminum-tin alloy is applied on the base by the method of vacuum ionoplasma spraying. Tin content in surface aluminum-tin layer is variable increasing towards surface and taking values of at least 25% on surface. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of bearing assembly. 2 cl
