SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that the internal space of the shell or container is hermetically connected to the reactor space through a pipeline, a hole is remotely drilled inside the hermetic connection in the body of the shell or container containing the toxic agent, toxic agents are transferred from the internal space of the shell or container to the reactor, chemical bonds of toxic agents in the reactor are broken down with employment of carbon mixture of a high reactivity by the method of pyrolysis under the action of SHF currents.
