FIELD: liquid heating and cooling systems. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices based on Peltier effect and can be used in mechanical engineering, automotive industry, cooling and medical equipment, food industry. Gear has at least one thermopile including semiconductor branches of p- and n-conductance, commutation buses, heat transfers and current leads, heat exchangers of hot and cold circuits of flow of liquid , sealing gaskets, upper and lower lids and taps, power supply unit with power elements whose input is designed for connection to network and whose output is linked to current leads of thermopile. Gear is fitted with one panel as minimum to cool power elements of power supply unit made of heat- conducting material, with control unit coupled to power supply unit and provided with additional output for connection of external devices and with temperature-sensitive elements positioned on heat exchangers and connected to control unit. Heat exchangers are manufactured in the form of alternating conduits of hot and cold circuits whose upper and lower walls are formed correspondingly by two hot or cold heat transfers placed in parallel and with clearance relative to thermopiles. Spacers are put between thermopiles. Upper and lower lids are placed on sealing gaskets to form upper and lower conduits of heat exchangers. Conduits of each heat exchanger are connected by means of taps in sequence. EFFECT: increased refrigerating effect. 5 cl, 4 dwg
