FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: electric drive designed for use in very flat low-noise shavers is available in two design versions. First version has three rotors and electrically excited three-pole stator whose poles are appropriately interconnected by means of three members of iron yoke. Stator pole connections are joined together by reverse-flux yoke; each of three members of magnetic yoke carries field coil. First, second, and third stator poles are arranged in same annular sequence for all rotors. Second version has three-pole stator and two rotors each coupled with respective first, second, and third stator poles. First stator poles for each rotor are interconnected through iron yoke just like respective second and third poles. Each connection of like-polarity stator poles for each rotor is joined by iron yoke and carries field coil; stator poles for each rotor are arranged in same annular sequence. Drives of both design versions do not incorporate starting gear. Shaver using any of such drives has razor set in motion by respective rotor of one of such drives. EFFECT: reduced size, improved economic efficiency. 7 cl, 9 dwg
