FIELD: mechanical engineering; welding. SUBSTANCE: diaphragm 1 is made in form of cup and is fitted into tube blank 2 by bottom part. Heat sink is made in form of split ring 3 which is driven into cup flash with end face of tube blank 2. Welding is carried out along end faces of blank and diaphragm starting from place of butt-joining of split ring ends.
