The last is in the form of balancing shaft mounted on upper movable plate; double-arm levers are rigidly secured to its end portions. Plates are mutually joined by means of two pairs of double-link leverage mechanisms. Ends of double-arm levers are jointly connected by means of spacing hydraulic cylinders with mean joint assemblies of double- link leverage mechanisms.
