FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: proposed mechanism comprises two pairs of two-link lever mechanisms 1, 2 with medium hinges 3 and connection elements 4 articulated by hinges 5 with top and bottom plates 6, 7, and shafts 8 arranged on top plate 6. Levers 9 are rigidly secured at ends of said shafts and articulated with compensators 10. Besides, there are two pairs of quadrants 11, 12 arranged thereat to turn relative to plate 6 and shafts 8 that stay in mutual engagement and articulated by connection elements 4 with medium hinges 3. Compensators 10 are fixed at quadrants 11, 12 by brackets 13 and comprises stepped roller 14, moving washer 15 and elastic elements 16 at stepped roller ends. In particular case, elastic element 16 may be composed by hydraulic cylinder with its casing fixed at quadrants 11, 12 and is rod interacting with lever 9. Note here that cylinder piston thrusts against its front cover.
