FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water-fuel emulsion and may be used power engineering, ship building, machine building, etc. Proposed device comprises mixing chamber 3, fuel and water jets 4 and 5 to feed relevant media into chamber 3 water jet 5 is made up of nozzle that allows water boiling. Said nozzle 5 comprises narrow inlet 6 and wade outlet 7, minimum nozzle cross section being located there between. Generatrix of initial part of nozzle wide section 7 features such shape of curve, relative to axis of nozzle 5, that gradually changes into convex curve relative to nozzle 5 in its critical section. Water jet 5 is arranged along lengthwise axis 2 of chamber 3 while fuel jet 4 is arranged aligned with water jet 5 and is made up of ring fitted on end section of water jet 5.
