FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying gastrectomy with the pylorus retained. Areflux esophagojejunoanastomosis is created on adducting jejunum loop. Posterior jejunocruropexy and anterior jejunodiaphragmopexy are applied. Transverse enterotomy of the first jejunum loop is carried out. Antiperistaltic end-to-end anastomosis is made between its distal part and the pyloric sphincter. End-to-side anastomosis is made between the proximal part of the first jejunum loop and the abducting jejunum loop after performing enterotomy. EFFECT: high reliability and areflux properties of the esophagoejunoanastomosis; slow food passage between the esophagus and the duodenum. 8 dwg
