FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying bone corticotomy at the level of deformity by-passing osteosclerosis zone and passing through an area of the medullary cavity free from bone proliferation. Bone fragments are subjected to controlled corrective rotation to restore its biomechanical axis position. Compression-distraction apparatus is used for fixing the fragments. The corticotomy begins in particular cases from the deformity top on its convex portion. EFFECT: improved osteogenesis conditions; improved blood supply. 2 cl, 4 dwg
