FIELD: medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with detection of different chemical substances or biological agents in the composition of an object tested. One should preform the data base by using the compartments with different polaritonic structures, each of which is characterized by the spectrum of electromagnetic radiation corresponding to the certain type of chemical substance or biological agent. During diagnostics electrodes are located upon the tested object and direct current is transmitted through it. Different compartments from the data base are included into the chain of transmitted current. The increase of measured current occurs at including a compartment which corresponds to the chemical substance or biological agent in the tested object. When the value of measured current exceeds a certain threshold value it is possible to diagnose the presence of chemical substance or biological agent corresponding to the included compartment in the tested object.
