FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: exfusized and citrated blood is treated preliminary with sodium hypochlorite at concentration 300-600 mg/l at ratio 10 ml : 1.0-0.5 ml, respectively. Then blood is centrifuged for 15 min at 2000 rev/min, separated, erythrocytes were diluted with bisalt (bisalt composition: sodium acetate 2 g, sodium chloride 6 g, water for injection - up to 1 l) at ratio 1:1 and recovered to patient. Sodium hypochloride solution is added to exfusized plasma blood at concentration 900-1200 mg/l at ratio sodium hypochloride : plasma blood = 2.0-1.0 ml : 10 ml of plasma. Then solution is cooled to +4-6 C for 2-16 h, formed precipitate is removed and purified plasma is administrated to patient. Method can be used for treatment of endotoxicosis of different etiology. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of plasmaphoresis, decreased by-side effects. 2 tbl
