FIELD: industrial inorganic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: hydrofluoric acid solution is treated with metasilicate at molar ratio to hydrofluoric acid (1- 1.2): 6. When mixture of hydrofluoric acid with fluorosilicic acid is used, sodium fluoride is first added to solution at molar ratio to fluorosilicic acid 2: 1 and then sodium metasilicate is added, after which solution is stirred for 2 to 6 h at 25 to 60 C. EFFECT: increased recovery of fluorine in the form of high-quality easy-to-filtrate salt Na2SiF6. 2 cl, 4 tbl
